Target Earnings Range:
$18 to $22 per hour.
The Calls:
As a Direct Energy Essential Home Services CSR you will arrange service appointments and provide helping information concerning our customers’ home service equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, appliances etc). Calls are taken 24/7. Peak periods are Weekdays 8 am to 1 pm and 4:30 pm to 8 pm. Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm. Help us deliver outrageously great service and added value to our customers with every call.
Target Earnings Range:
$12.00-15.00 per hour, per call rate $2.46
