Interaction Auditor

The Calls:

Review and evaluate interactions from various caller types as instructed by Xperigo`s Quality Coordinator. Provide feedback in the form of neutral notation justifying each score as well as constructive feedback where necessary.

The Hours:

37.5-40 hours weekly. 13-15 of those hours must be Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST.

The Pay:

$15.00 CAD per hour

Inbound CSR Tier 1

The Calls:

Receive inbound calls from our client’s customers to assist stranded motorists with their roadside assistance needs by delivering exceptional customer service.

The Hours:

Minimum of 12 hours per week
Hours of Operation 7:00AM -11:00PM ET.

Peak Periods:

3:00PM-11:00PM ET.

Benefits For You:

Starting at $13.50-14.50 (CAD) for English/Bilingual Agents:

Other Xperigo contracts range from $14.50-$18.00 (CAD) per hour and are offered to contractors based on proven performance, these include but are not limited to; Overnight Support, Training, SME, etc.

Up to $1000.00 (CAD)
